Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Important Note About Beauty and Personal Care Products: Due to health and safety regulations, all sales of beauty and personal care products are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges except for damaged or defective items as outlined in our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Actual product colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Eyelash Warehouse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been processed. If your payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

SECTION 20 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS DUTIES

For orders shipped outside of Canada (including to the United States), customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Any delays caused by customs clearance processes
  • Fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country
  • Packages refused or returned due to non-payment of customs fees
  • Customs regulations or requirements in your jurisdiction

Customs values declared on international shipments are based on the original product price before any discounts or promotional codes are applied, as required by international customs regulations.

If you refuse delivery or decline to pay required customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Shipping fees and any customs-related charges are non-refundable.

SECTION 21 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS

Eyelash Warehouse Trademarks: The Eyelash Warehouse trademarks, including the "Eyelash Warehouse" name, logo, all page headers, graphics, images, symbols, trade names and other proprietary marks found at the Site are the exclusive property of Eyelash Warehouse (collectively the "Marks"). Use of the Marks is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Eyelash Warehouse products are sometimes sold by dealers or resellers that are not authorized to do so. Eyelash Warehouse does not guarantee or warrant any products sold by unauthorized dealers or resellers.

  • Dealers and resellers that sell Eyelash Warehouse products through online marketplaces such as Amazon.ca, Amazon.com, eBay.ca, eBay.com, Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, or similar platforms are not affiliated with, or authorized by, Eyelash Warehouse unless explicitly stated on our official website.
  • We cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality, safety, freshness, or proper storage of products sold by unauthorized sources.
  • Products sold by unauthorized dealers may be counterfeit, expired, damaged, or improperly stored.
  • Warranty and return policies do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sources.

Trademark Restrictions: You may not use our trademarks, including the "Eyelash Warehouse" name, logo, or any other proprietary marks in connection with any auction website, online marketplace, or resale platform without our prior written consent.

Verification: If a dealer or reseller claims they are authorized by Eyelash Warehouse, please contact us at orders@eyelashwarehouse.com to verify their authorization status.

SECTION 23 - USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The Site may permit the submission of reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, and other user-generated content ("User Content"). You understand that we do not guarantee confidentiality with respect to any User Content.

Your Responsibilities: By submitting User Content, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:

SECTION 24 - COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Eyelash Warehouse respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Site to do the same.

Copyright Infringement Notification: If you believe that any content on our Site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification by providing us with the following information:

Please Note: Only notices of alleged copyright infringement should be sent to the address above. Any other inquiries, feedback, or customer service requests should be directed to orders@eyelashwarehouse.com with an appropriate subject line.

Counter-Notification: If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the address above containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. The complainant will have ten (10) business days to notify us that they have filed a legal action. If we do not receive such notice within the 10-day period, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy: We will terminate access to our Site for users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit or terminate access for any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

SECTION 25 - CONTESTS, SWEEPSTAKES AND PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Eyelash Warehouse may conduct promotions on or through the Site, including without limitation, contests, giveaways, sweepstakes, and other promotional activities ("Promotions").

SECTION 26 - EVENT REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE TERMS

Event Registration and Attendance

Registration: By submitting an event registration form for Lash Lounge Nights or other events hosted by Eyelash Warehouse, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Registration does not guarantee attendance and is subject to availability and our approval.

Confirmation: Event registrations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is approved. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us at orders@eyelashwarehouse.com.

Cancellation Policy:

  • By You: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event date by emailing orders@eyelashwarehouse.com.
  • By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified via email and offered alternative dates or a full refund if applicable.

Guest Policy: The number of guests indicated in your registration must be accurate. Additional guests beyond your registered count may not be accommodated due to capacity limitations.

Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Liability: Eyelash Warehouse is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during event attendance. By registering, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

Photography and Media: By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
