SHIPPING POLICY
Eyelash Warehouse currently ships to Canada and the United States. Shipping to other international destinations is currently unavailable. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and convenient.
Canadian Shipping
We offer shipping across Canada via Canada Post and Purolator, with rates calculated based on your location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and selected carrier service (Canada Post or Purolator).
Important Notes for Canadian Shipping:
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO boxes via Canada Post only. Purolator does not deliver to PO boxes.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations (including northern territories) may take longer and incur higher shipping costs.
- Carrier Selection: You'll see available shipping options at checkout, including estimated delivery times.
U.S. Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via Canada Post, with final delivery by USPS.
Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Important Notice for U.S. Customers: Duties & Tariffs
As a Canadian company, we want to be upfront about potential customs fees. Some of our product components or packaging originate from countries subject to U.S. tariffs.
What You Need to Know:
- Import fees (duties/taxes/tariffs) are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
- You are responsible for paying any applicable import fees upon delivery.
- If fees apply, the courier will contact you before releasing your package.
- Delivery may be delayed until fees are paid.
- If you decline to pay and the order is returned or abandoned, only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
Tips for U.S. Customers:
- Review your country's import regulations before ordering.
- Contact U.S. Customs and Border Protection or your local customs office if you have questions.
- For many lower-value orders, duties may not apply or may be minimal.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for qualifying addresses within 15 km of our location:

- Minimum Order: $30 before tax

Delivery Time:
- Same-day for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST
- Next business day for orders placed after 12:00 PM EST
- If the local delivery option does not appear at checkout, your address may be outside the delivery range.
- You'll receive real-time tracking once your order is out for delivery.
Pickup Policy
Prefer to pick up your order? No problem! We offer free local pickup at our location.

Pickup Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Closed Sundays and holidays
How Pickup Works:
- Select "Pickup" at Checkout
- Wait for Confirmation: We'll email you when your order is ready—typically within 24 hours.
- Bring ID or Confirmation: Show your confirmation email or a valid photo ID at pickup.
- Pickup Deadline: Please pick up within 7 days. After that, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a $5 restocking fee.
🛑 Important: Do not come for pickup until you've received your confirmation email.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days processing time for your order to be prepared and shipped. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), processing times may be extended due to higher order volumes.
Although rare, we may experience warehouse closures due to severe weather conditions. In this case, there may be a delay in order processing, and we will notify affected customers as soon as possible.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Our warehouse is closed on the following Canadian holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Family Day
- Good Friday
- Victoria Day
- Canada Day
- Civic Holiday
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
Please note: Holiday dates are subject to change, and we may close for additional days during the holiday season.
Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real-time.

Shipping Delays & Limitations
Once a package has been shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that delivery time estimates do not include:
- Order processing time before shipment
- Time required for customs clearance (for international orders)
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
For U.S. and International Orders:
Eyelash Warehouse is not responsible for:
- Shipments delayed or held by customs
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- Transfers between carriers in your country
- Air and ground transportation strikes or delays
- Any extra fees, customs charges, or duties related to your shipment
- Customs regulations or tariffs imposed by your government
If you use a promotional code on your order, please note that duties and taxes (where applicable) will be calculated based on the original price of the items before the discount.
Delivery Requirements
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO boxes via Canada Post only. Please note that Purolator does not deliver to PO boxes. If you have a PO box address, Canada Post will be used for your shipment.
- Signatures: No signature is required for standard deliveries unless you select signature confirmation at checkout or as required by the carrier for high-value shipments.
Currency & Checkout
- All prices and shipping charges are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- You will see the full total—including taxes and shipping—at checkout before payment.
Parcel Forwarding Disclaimer
If you use a parcel forwarding service, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or defect that occurs after delivery to the forwarding address. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases. Orders shipped to parcel forwarders are placed at your own risk.
Shipping Service Disruptions
In the event that Canada Post, Purolator, or any other carrier experiences a strike, service disruption, or becomes unavailable, Eyelash Warehouse will make every effort to reroute shipments using alternate courier services where possible. Please note that:
- Delivery times may be delayed beyond our usual estimates during these periods.
- Some services, such as PO box deliveries or remote areas, may experience limited or no service.
- If alternate carriers are used, tracking updates and delivery timelines may vary.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service interruptions, but we will do our best to keep you informed and provide updates as they become available.
